Waterman Realty and Tax Pro, LLC is a Brooklyn, established on May 13; 2015 as a Real Estate and Tax Company offering deluxe units for sale, fix, and flip or rental serving all of New York and professional Tax Services

These rentals and properties come with unmatched levels of customer service and attention to detail. Profits are projected to be substantial over the next three years.

Waterman Realty and Tax Pro, LLC, is significantly different from other Real Estate investing and property management companies because our business model is based on taking lease purchase options on poorly managed properties.

This gives us the opportunity to take control of apartment complexes, and residential properties and work to turn them around with expectations but not the obligation to make a final purchase.
